The mattress, pillows, complete bedding set were all very comfortable. I slept really well during my entire stay and even allowed myself a few mornings to sleep-in because the bed was just too comfortable to leave. Having Clarins hair and body products, plush towels and bathrobes in the bathroom also felt luxurious. The bedroom was good-sized and had plenty of space for storage and seating. The kettle and mini-fridge (where I stored yogurt) also allowed me to have a light breakfast in my bedroom instead of spending money on the full breakfast buffet available downstairs. The biggest bonus was the water refill station available in the hallway next to the elevators so I always had fresh drinking water and could choose the temperature and whether or not I wanted bubbles. I did also appreciate the friendliness and kindness of all the staff I encountered during my stay including the reception team and restaurant manager and staff.

Everything sparkling clean, cleaning/make up beds everyday, great breakfast buffet (fresh everything inc bread&butter), convenient location (next to train station and a big mall with everything you may need: cafe/restaurants, pharmacy, super markets, clothes if needed). A sofa-bed for my kids was ready by our arrival. Super black out curtains - my kids were able to sleep until 9am like never. Water station is right out of the room with still and sparkling water (easy to fill up your bottle on the way to go out). Awesome place with nice, helpful people. We all enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful stay ! Wish it could have been longer. The hotel is right there, next to the train station and close to other modes of transportation. The building is brand new, so it’s modern, clean, and comfy. Moreover, it’s very calm. The walls are soundproof, the lights are dimmed, and the music in common areas is very soothing. I’d highly recommend this hotel for neurodivergent folks. Breakfast is a delicious variety of sweet and savory. Their restaurant, La Pampa, is incredible as well. The staff is so professional and kind. I’ve got only good things to say.

Modern new well thought out facilities with very comfortable beds, top of the line sound proofing and great design. Rooms are larger than most in France. I also liked the water dispenser on each floor and the breakfast buffet was super. The location is right beside Lyon Part Dieu gare but cannot here that noise in room. While not in main tourist center, easy to take a bus or subway there and there are some very good restaurant options near the hotel. The easy airport shuttle from the nearby part dieu station made it a great location for my recent visit.
