Staff is amazing! Everyone is smiling and they are VERY happy to help. Very clean room and every little corner of the hotel was very well thought. Hotel is next to the big train station, very easy access. Also there are 3 big parking areas around the hotel. VERY well sound insulation, you hear NOTHING when you're inside the room. Machine for free cold/warm/sparkling water on each floor.

Love everything about this hotel. Design, location next to big shopping mall and main train station. Bed is very comfy. Staff is also super helpful. I asked to leave my luggage days before check in and they have no problem with that (I travelled to Geneva and come back to Lyon).

It was very close to the station and had a great location. The front staff were very pleasant. The standard rooms had separate toilets and bathrooms, which felt clean. However, since you have to wash your hands in the bathroom, the toilet door knob felt dirty. It would be better if you could wash your hands in the toilet.

the hotel is right outside the train station so i didn't have to lug my suitcase far, modern interior design, very friendly & helpful staff, the room was huge, beds & pillows were comfortable, the products are clarins, the shower was strong & the room was perfectly cold for my visit in mid-august, complimentary buffet breakfast w/c had a wide selection from eggs & bacon to the usual continental items. another plus is that westfield mall is across the hotel & a few blocks away is the pb food hall

Modern new well thought out facilities with very comfortable beds, top of the line sound proofing and great design. Rooms are larger than most in France. I also liked the water dispenser on each floor and the breakfast buffet was super. The location is right beside Lyon Part Dieu gare but cannot here that noise in room. While not in main tourist center, easy to take a bus or subway there and there are some very good restaurant options near the hotel. The easy airport shuttle from the nearby part dieu station made it a great location for my recent visit.

The bed was great! The room was spacious, clean, aesthetically warm and pleasing, and the room was practically designed for travelers and their luggage needs. It was very quiet. Staff were very helpful. It was very reasonably price for the quality. The location was fantastic, as it is right next to the train station. You don't even have to cross the street to get to the station. Staff speak perfect english, so helpful if you need that. We walked into old town, and it was about a 40 minute walk. We loved that they provide a fresh filtered water station on every floor. It provides still and sparkling water!

The room was clean and spacious. You can tell it's a new hotel and everything is nicely designed and higher end. The lighting in the room was good (really lovely ambient lighting) and the pillows and bedding were high quality. I liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms and that you could easily turn on the shower without getting wet. There was a tap in the hall with cold and sparkling water which was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was really good and had several gluten free options and real maple syrup. They had a small kids activity corner in the lobby and gave our kids a small gift upon check-in. The hotel is next door to the train station and across the street from a mall that has a lot of restaurant options as well as a rooftop playground for the kids. Overall a really nice place and I would definitely stay here again if travelling through or visiting Lyon.

Wonderful stay ! Wish it could have been longer. The hotel is right there, next to the train station and close to other modes of transportation. The building is brand new, so it’s modern, clean, and comfy. Moreover, it’s very calm. The walls are soundproof, the lights are dimmed, and the music in common areas is very soothing. I’d highly recommend this hotel for neurodivergent folks. Breakfast is a delicious variety of sweet and savory. Their restaurant, La Pampa, is incredible as well. The staff is so professional and kind. I’ve got only good things to say.
